The 1993 vintage was sourced from Coonawarra, a region defined by its terra rossa soils and cool climate, which consistently deliver Cabernet fruit of intensity and structure. Grapes were hand harvested from mature vines and fermented in small parcels before maturation in French oak barriques, a process designed to integrate varietal richness with savoury complexity.
