Reviews

Machine-harvested, crushed and destemmed, open-fermented, matured for 18 months in French and American oak (35% new). Rich blackcurrant fruit. I rather like the name, but its not entirely true of this boisterous, warm-hearted wine. Drink as the mood takes you.
