The 2019 vintage was marked by warm, dry conditions, facilitating excellent ripening and concentration of flavours. Post-harvest, fruit was carefully hand-sorted before fermentation with native yeasts and matured predominantly in new French oak barrels, providing structure and complexity without overpowering the fruit.
