The Carn Mor Strictly Limited range of Scotch Whisky from the Family-owned Independent Bottlers, Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, are a collection of Scotch whiskies from some of the finest distilleries in Scotland. What makes the whiskies so special is that all the whiskies are non-chill-filtered to keep all of the oils and proteins that give it that fantastic authentic and non-doctored flavour in the bottle. This 8-Year-Old Single Malt was distilled at Benriach, a Speyside distillery known for exceptional fruitiness that comes from an old-school, rounded still, and mineral rich water. This batch was aged in a single Oloroso Sherry butt, and cut back to 47.5% prior to bottling.

The result is a spirit loaded with burnt citrus and sherry soaked nuts on the nose, a remarkably clean palate with warm spice & sweet cereal notes, that melts into a long finish where sherry fruits & chocolate meld together.
