Baileys of Glenrowan, founded in 1870 in Victorias northeast, has been central to the fortified wine traditions of both Glenrowan and nearby Rutherglen, with a reputation for richly styled muscat and topaque. The 1980 Liqueur Muscat was produced from late harvested muscat grapes, partially raisined before fortification with neutral spirit and transfer to seasoned oak for extended maturation.
