Domaine Drouhin-Laroze's parcel in this vineyard benefits from its favourable exposure and limestone-rich soils. In 2013, the grapes were hand-harvested and underwent careful sorting. Fermentation was carried out with indigenous yeasts, followed by ageing in French oak barrels, with a judicious use of new oak to preserve the wine’s purity and finesse.

The 2013 Chapelle-Chambertin Grand Cru presents a deep ruby hue. The nose offers a complex bouquet of dark plum, strawberry, and subtle floral notes, intertwined with hints of spice and earth.
