Springbank is a distillery that has become famous around the world in recent years for one simple reason. Quality.
While the rest of the world gets faster, and things just aren't as good as they used to be, the quality of Springbank's whisky remains stalwart.
Based in Campbeltown, once the Whisky Capital of Scotland, this distillery continues to do everything with minimal automation. Founded in 1828, much about production remains the same today as it was all the way back in the 1960s and earlier. This dedication to consistency and quality is why they have earned a significant following in recent years.
Campbeltown Loch is a Blended Malt composed of all 5 whiskies produced in Campbeltown (Kilkerran, Longrow, Hazelburn, Glen Scotia and Springbank).
The lions share of this delicious blend comes from Sprinbank and Kilkerran, resulting in a Whisky of bold character, sweet barley and sea spray, as well as freshly baked pecan pie.
Coffee and molasses on the palate, a whiff of peat and heather to finish out.
Perfect for an every day dram.
